The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the waiver approval from Morgan County Subdivision Ordinance Section 12.0.i Road Design for an upcoming subdivision.

Site Location: Timber Ridge District, Map 19, Parcel 12.3 and 12.4 located at the 2000 block of Mauzy Road, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.

The Morgan County Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the Morgan County Courthouse Commission Room at 7 p.m.
