MANDATORY PRE-BID
MEETING
Wyoming County Emergency Services/911 will have a mandatory pre-bid meeting to renovate the Men and Womens bathrooms and to construct new Men and Womens bathrooms to become ADA compliant at the new Emergency Services/911 location, 128 College Drive, Saulsville WV on October 21st, at 10:00 a.m.
Sealed bids will be accepted in person at 1022 River Rd, Pineville WV or by US Mail to Wyoming County Emergency Services/911, PO Box 568, Pineville, WV 24874 until November 4th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. during the Wyoming County Commissions regular scheduled meeting on November 5th, 2025.
Successful bidders will be required to have proof of insurance of $1,000.000.00 liability coverage and show they are licensed contractor in the state of WV.
