ON THE 6th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025, Wesbanco Bank, Inc., the Plaintiff herein, by counsel, Andrew R. Thalman, Esq., and the law firm of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, filed its Affidavit Pursuant to W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1) requesting an Order of Publication against Defendant Joseph C. Rocchio.
WHEREFORE, as mandated by W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1), the requested Order of Publication is hereby ISSUED, as follows:
TO JOSEPH C. ROCCHIO, DEFENDANT:
1. The title of the civil action at bar is Wesbanco Bank, Inc. v. Joseph C. Rocchio, Defendant, Civil Action No. 25-M15C-00077;
2. The object of the pending suit is the collection of certain monies owed to Wesbanco Bank, Inc. by Joseph C. Rocchio, by virtue of a Retail Installment Contact and Security Agreement between Joseph C. Rocchio and Wesbanco Bank, Inc.;
3. The name, address and telephone number of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Andrew R. Thalman, Esq., Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, 61 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, (304) 232-6810;
4. A copy of the Complaint made in this civil action may be obtained from the Magistrate Court Clerk of Hancock County, West Virginia;
5. The Defendant, Joseph C. Rocchio, must appear and defend on or before NOVEMBER 20, 2025, a date which is not fewer than 30 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter.
