Notice is given that Rust and Sons Cremation Care, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for an Animal Crematory located at 14 Clayton Lane, Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.939393, -81.153989.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: CO 0.19 TPY, PM 0.23 TPY, NOx 0.4930 TPY, S02 0.411 TPY and VOC 0.493 TPY.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 20th day of December, 2025. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
