It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BRENT WALDECK is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia or has an address that is unknown. It is hereby ordered that BRENT WALDECK, serve upon JAMES T. CAREY, ESQ., attorney for Erica Jenkins, fka Erica Gouchour, fka Erica Rotellini, whose address is 3169 Main Street, Weirton, WV 26062, an Response to the Petition for Modification of Parenting Plan , including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office.
If is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
