LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of structure, all trash, and debris within the property located at 122 Victory Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
Detailed demolition specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV 26101 or requested by email to [email protected].
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office located at No. 1Court Square, Suite 205, Parkersburg, WV 26101, no later than 9:30 A.M. on November 10,2025; with bid opening to be held at 10:00 A.M on November 10, 2025. Please put “SEALED BIDS – VICTORY STREET” on all envelopes.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
