The permit is located in Slab Fork District of Wyoming County, 2.0 miles southwest (Direction) of Maben (Nearest PO) on Still Run (Primary Receiving Stream) of Upper Guyandotte (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Upper Ohio River 1 (Major Drainage Basin).
BROOKS RUN SOUTH MINING, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 5/25/2023 (Date) and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $11,400.00 .
