NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 9th day of December, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of CCF Legacy INC. for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Service/Parking Spread on property located at 102 Ridge St, Mabscott, WV, Town District, Tax Map 3004, Parcel 52, 52.1 & 52.2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
