Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Beckley that a public hearing on the Resolution approving the Lease of the second floor of 213 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, to Piney Creek Watershed Association, Inc., a West Virginia Non-Profit Corporation, will be held on December 2, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia. Common Council will vote on the approval of the Resolution immediately following the Public Hearing. The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and share its comments regarding the proposed Lease.
A copy of the Lease Agreement is available for inspection at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
