The object of the above entitled action is to obtain possession of the real property located at 107 Horseshoe Drive, Beckley, West Virginia. The Plaintiff also requests to grant such other and further relief as this court deems appropriate. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located. Therefore, it is ordered that Addim Wallace and Crystal Sergent do serve upon Richard Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 13, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Addim Wallace and Crystal Sergent at any time thereafter.
