Notice is hereby given that COAL-MAC MET LLC,1245 22 MINE ROAD, HOLDEN, WV 25625 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), for the surface mining of approximately 218 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number S301309 to operate a surface mine in the Little Eagle, Big Eagle, Eagle A, Powellton, No. 2 Gas and Peerless seam of coal.
The operation isdischarging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Loop Creek, Unnamed Tributaries of/and Glenco Hollow of Loop Creek of Kanawha and is located 1.2 miles, southeast of Kincaid in Valley District of Fayette County, Longitude 81° 15' 20" Latitude 38° 1' 53".
