Notice is given that Diversified Production LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a general permit registration, for a natural gas compressor station located off Tommy Creek Hollow, near Besoco, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.61225 and -81.25447.

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
