It is hereby ORDERED that the UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, serve upon Wendle Cook, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 190, Madison, WV 25130, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before January 30, 2026. In the event they fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The object of this suit is to obtain a money judgement in an amount which exceeds the jurisdictional minimum of this court, prejudgement interest, post judgement interest, costs, and other relief which the court may deem proper.
