The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Respondents, her/its heirs, successors, an/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 86, as Parcel 01340000, further described as Lot 283 of the Beckley Court Extension. The property has an address of 1030 Patch Street, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property Catherine Hall acquired the subject property described as Lot 283 of the Beckley Court Extension, with an address of 1030 Patch Street, Beckley, West Virginia by Deed, dated July 9, 2020, from Virgilluous Glen, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Book 5071, at page 9954.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Respondents heirs are unknown, or that there may be Respondent (s) unknown and Respondent (s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to Petitioner. It is ORDERED that Respondent (s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above-mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 15th day of January, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
A copy of said Petitions and Motions can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
