PUBLIC HEARING CLAY COUNTY COMMISSION BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL January 12th, 2026 8:45 a.m. The Clay County Commission has chosen to reapply for the Ossia Road Waterline Extension for a grant through the HUD-Community Development Block Grant funds administered by the State of West Virginia. The Commission will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views and comments of the citizens of the County for this project and any other eligible concerning community development, slum and blight and housing needs and the needs of low and moderate-income persons. The Commission will consider these views and comments when it submits its block grant proposal to the State of West Virginia. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 8:45 a.m. at the Clay County Commission Chambers, Clay, WV.
