The first reading of the following ordinances took place at a Regular Meeting of Weirton City Council on Monday, December 8, 2025. The second reading is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Weirton City Council Chambers, 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, West Virginia 26062, during the Regular Meeting of Council. Interested parties may appear and make public comment on the ordinances at the Regular City Council Meeting on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Copies of the ordinances can be obtained by contacting the Weirton City Clerk’s Office at 304-797-8500 x1045. Ordinance No. 2268 to Amend the Traffic Control Map, Ordinance No. 214, to Establish a Disability Parking Space at 105 Weirview Street. Ordinance No. 2269 to Amend Appendix A of the Rules and Regulations of the Police Civil Service Commission of the City of Weirton.
