Vaughn It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural father of Lilliana Bellora Jones and permit Bradley Cole Lusk to adopt said child further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural father, to wit: Jeremy B. Vaughn, has not been established it is ORDERED that the natural father of Lilliana Bellora Jones shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on the 14th day of December, 2015, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., and object or make other defense to the Petition, if they so desire, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural father of Lilliana Bellora Jones be terminated.
