NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated December 23, 2010, executed by Curtis Lively, unto J. Michael Anderson, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 678 at Page 395, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on November 23, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: All that certain real estate, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, if any, and/or personal property, (as hereinafter described) located, situated, lying and being in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: All of those certain lots or parcels of surface land situate at Quinwood, in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, known and designated as Lots Numbers One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), and 6 of Block F, as shown and delineated upon a map or plat of the said Town of Quinwood marked ” Revised Map of Quinwood,” which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Map Book 1 at Page101, together with the right to use in common with the owners of the other lots and land shown on said map, the streets, alleys, and ways therein and thereon set forth. And being the same property conveyed unto Curtis Lively by deed dated December 23, 2010, from Roy Lively and Shirley Lively, his wife, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Deed Book 539 at Page 13.
