REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Tamarack Marketplace, a division of West Virginia Parkways Authority, located at One Tamarack Park, Beckley, West Virginia, is inviting sealed proposals from qualified respondents to lease and operate a Full-Service Coffee Shop within Tamarack Marketplace.
RFP Title: Full-Service Coffee Shop Lease and Operations
Proposals will be received by Tamarack Marketplace until January 29, 2026,at Noon, at which time proposals will be opened and recorded.
The Request for Proposals (RFP), including proposal requirements, scope of services, evaluation criteria, lease terms, and submission instructions, will be available beginning January 8, 2026 and may be obtained via www.tamarackwv.com or by contacting:

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFP. Electronic submissions are authorized. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Tamarack Marketplace reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Tamarack Marketplace, in accordance with applicable West Virginia law.
