You must appear and defend yourself on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, by filing with the Clerk a written response to the Complaint filed against you. Also, you must mail a copy of your written response to counsel for Plaintiff, Eric M. Johnson and the law firm of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, 200 Capitol Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. If you do not appear and defend yourself in this case, judgment by default will be taken against you.
