A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following applications:
a) Daniel J. Guida is requesting Conditional Use approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit at 324 Sunrise Drive (Tax Map W4, Parcel 68) under the provisions of UDO Article 10.1.
b) Election of Officers
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent, attorney, or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
