A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following applications:
a) Rudy Rosnick, of 141 Lafayette Circle, is requesting an Administrative Appeal regarding the “approval of a permit that does not support the intent of the ordinance and creates a “safety and hardship” issue to the neighbor.” Article 3.08 (A) of the UDO states that an appeal from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official or board charged with the enforcement of the zoning provisions of this Ordinance, shall be filed with the Board of Zoning and shall specify the grounds of the appeal and be filed within thirty (30) days of the original order.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent, attorney, or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
