NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of March, 2026, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Beckley Water Company for the purpose of a Water Treatment Plant and Associated Facilities on property located at 309 Beechwiew Road, Bradley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 6, Parcels 28, 30 & 32.6 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by March 9th, 2026, will be considered.
