OF QUALIFICATIONS
Statements of Qualifications for Construction Management Services for Woodrow Wilson High School Renovations and Additions will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801, until 12:00 pm EST on Friday, March 13, 2026.
Neither dating of SOQ nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Submittals must be received on or before date and time stated.
Qualified firms must comply with all SOQ requirements and conditions set forth in the request.
Documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education Purchasing Department or downloaded and printed from the Purchasing Department – RFP section of the Raleigh County Board of Education website.
All requests for hard copies of the proposal documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to the submittal date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of proposal documents requested.
