Notice is hereby given that APPALACHIAN AGGREGATES, LLC, 171 ST CLAIRS CROSSING, BLUEFIELD, VA 24605 has submitted an application for Permit Number Q302286 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, in order to Applicant is proposing this modification to update and revise the currently approved underdrain per the attached sizing specifications as well as the layout according to the attached map. No other changes are being proposed to the permit as a result of this application.
The operation is discharging into Sand Branch of Paint Creek of the Upper Kanawha River and is located near PROSPERITY in TOWN District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 15' 0â and Latitude 37° 51' 28â. (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
