ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodlands Development Group will accept sealed bids for the TAP Room Apartments and Coworking Space project located at 242 Spruce Street, Thomas, West Virginia.
The work in this initial bidding phase includes the project’s site construction work, as detailed in the project’s instructions to bidders.
Sealed bids will be received by Woodlands Development Group, 316 Railroad Ave. STE 310, Elkins, WV 26241, until Friday, April 3 d , 2026, 10:00 A.M.
All sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the office of Woodlands Development Group. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Interested parties are invited to attend.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 25th , 2026, 11:00 A.M. , at the office of Woodlands Development Group, located at 316 Railroad Ave., Elkins, WV 26241. ATTENDANCE IN PERSON IS REQUIRED to bid on the project.
Partial funds for this project are provided by the Abandoned Mine Lands Economic Revitalization (AMLER) Program. As such, all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.
