Pursuant to WV Code 56-3-23, Rule 4 of the Rules of Civil Procedure, and West Virginia Code 48-22-601 through 48-22-603, notice is given to the Unknown Father of A.N.L.N. and Ron Allen Davidson of the proceeding and B.N.’s request for adoption of A.N.L.N. It is ORDERED that the Unknown Father of A.N.L.N. shall appear and that Ron Allen Davidson may appear in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Harrison County Courthouse, 301 W. Main Street, 4th Floor, Clarksburg, WV 26301 on the 4th day of May, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, for the final hearing before the Honorable Christopher J. McCarthy. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice/publication.
