NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NATURAL FATHER ORDER OF PUBLICATION HARRISON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: B.J.L.E. 26-JA-33 TO: UNKNOWN FATHER OF B.J.L.E. The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child, B.J.L.E. born on March 24, 2026, to Tess Marie Don Eckenrode. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child. It is ORDERED that Unknown Father of B.J.L.E., appear in the Harrison County Circuit Court, Division I, 4th Floor, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia on May 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for the adjudicatory hearing of the unknown biological father of B.J.L.E. Said person is instructed that he has twenty (20) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein.
