It appearing by affidavit filed on this action that April A. Archambeau’s whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ordered that April A. Archambeau serve upon Paul G. Taylor, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 134 West Burke Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action or or before May 11, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Divorce.
A copy of said Petition for Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office.
