Wood County Schools desires to update an existing elevator at Parkersburg High School in Parkersburg WV. The GC package shall include, but is not limited to the following: Prepare the existing shaft to
receive the new elevator, relocating existing non-elevator electrical and provide a new machine room wall and door. The elevator equipment is being supplied by another contract. Bidding documents are
available at www.pickeringplanroom.com on April 15, 2026. Documents can be downloaded for free or
hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held at Parkersburg High School located at 2101 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, WV on April 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be due at 1:30 PM on May 15, 2026, at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
