Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of May, 2026, at 11:30 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Conner Jeremiah Backus, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Conner Jeremiah Backus to Shamari Marques Henderson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
