NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON PROPOSED RATIFICATION AND AMENDMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT AND EASTERN GAS TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE, INC. AND LONGE RIDGE WEST VIRGINIA LLC: City Council for the City of Bridgeport will hold a hearing for the purpose of taking public comment on a proposed Ratification and Amendment of Oil and Gas Lease between the City of Bridgeport and Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc,. and Long Ridge West Virginia LLC, affecting that tract or parcel of real estate identified on Tax Map 250, as Parcel No. 14.2, described as “Pump Station #2 Booth Creek (3600 SQ FT)”, containing 0.0826 acres, more or less, situate in the Simpson-Bridgeport Tax District, Harrison County, West Virginia. The Said Hearing will be held on April 27, 2026, at Council Chambers at Bridgeport City Hall, located at 515 W. Main Street, Bridgeport, West Virginia. All interested parties are urged to attend.
