The permit is located in Clear Creek District of Raleigh County, 1.9 miles Southwest of Dorothy on Workman Creek; and Davis Fork and Stover Forks of Sycamore Creek Both of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River. Clear Fork Coal Company completed vegetation on October 2007 and is requesting release of 25 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $96,560.
