PUBLIC NOTICE TO NUTTER FORT RESIDENTS The Nutter Fort Sanitary Board would like to advise citizens of the community that the sanitary sewer system is monitored on a daily basis. Reports are sent to the Division of Environmental Protection for their review and recommendations. The system has three outfalls. Two are located near the Clarksburg City Park and the other is located near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Elkins Street. Signs are posted near each location. These outfalls serve to release any excess water that enters the system during excessive rainfall. The system is treated at the Clarksburg Treatment Plant which has been upgraded to treat wet weather flows.
