AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that JG, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for General Permit Registration (G40-C) for a Rock Crusher and Screen to be located on Birds Run, near Quiet Dell, in Harrison County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.18180, -80.22872 The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Controlled particulate matter emissions of 262.44 tons per year (TPY), of which 226.38 TPY are fugitive; controlled particulate matter less than 10 micron emissions of 82.98 TPY, of which 67.01 TPY are fugitive. The potential to discharge criteria pollutants from the burning of diesel fuel are estimated to be: NOx 2.00 tons per year; CO 19.64 tons per year; VOC 0.94 tons per year; SO2 1.57 tons per year; PM10 0.10 tons per year; CH4 0.36 tons per year; GHG 883 tons per year. The total hazardous air pollutants from the burning of diesel fuel are estimated to be 0.0349 TPY Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval.
