Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of May, 2026, at 9:30 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Tonya Liane Potter, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Tonya Liane Potter to Tonya Liane Steele. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing maybe be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
