An Affidavit having been filed that the whereabouts and residences for the above- named individual is unknown to the Petitioner, Notice is hereby given to JENNIFER ANN METZ that a hearing will be held before The Honorable J.D.BEANE, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at his chambers located in the Wood County Judicial Building in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on the 5th day of June 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., at such time you may be present and heard if you so desire. If you fail to answer or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be taken against you.
