AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D
General Permit Modification for its Union Station Compressor Station located off
Arvilla Road near Arvilla, in Pleasants County, West Virginia. The latitude and
longitude coordinates are: 39.422429, -81.059295.

The applicant estimates the increased/decreased potential to discharge the
following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

0.06 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
0.36 tons of Carbon Monoxide per year
0.59 tons of Volatile Organics per year
0.00 tons of Sulfur Dioxide per year
-0.01 tons of PM10 per year
-0.01 tons of PM2.5 per year
0.01 tons of Formaldehyde per year
0.00 tons of n-Hexane per year
0.01 tons of total Hazardous Air Pollutants per year
-188.50 tons of Carbon Dioxide per year
230.72 tons of Methane per year
0.00 tons of Nitrous Oxide per year

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of June, 2026.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57 th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication
of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email
