NOTICE OF HEARING According to West Virginia Code 18-5-4, the Roane County Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the 2026-2027 operating budget on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The meeting will be held at Roane County High School at 6:00 p.m. Any citizen wishing to address the Board regarding the budget will be given a reasonable time to speak. The proposed budget will be available for public inspection at the Board of Education Office during normal business hours from May 15 through May 28, 2026. The Roane County Board of Education Office is located at 813 Capitol Street, Spencer, WV 25276.
