Solicitation of Interest
The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, approximately 5,700 square feet of space. The requirements include office space, a reception area, a conference room to accommodate 20 people, public and staff restrooms, and a break room. The property must be situated in the Parkersburg area, on a city bus route with easy access from I-77. Adequate parking is required to accommodate 26 staff members and 20 customers. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances.This is only a solicitation of interest. No phone calls please.
