The object of this suit is to obtain an Adoption.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite as follows: In the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, In re: The Petition of Gabrielle Husk, and Christian Johnson, for the Adoption of EH and EH, a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years, and for a change of name of said child, case No. 26-A-18, before the Honorable Judge J.D. Beane.
It is ordered that the Putative Father, Joshua Husk, is to serve upon the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia located at #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, and Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication otherwise that judgment by default will be rendered against the Putative Father.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk, Celeste Ridgway, at her office at the aforementioned address.
