ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that Marfork Coal Company, Inc., PO Box 457, 370 Packsville / Marfork Road, Whitesville, WV 25209 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for an Incidental Boundary Revision to Article 3 permit number U-3002-04 in order to exceed the acreage limitations for Incidental Boundary Revisions by adding 1.07 acres for the addition of a 18″ ventilation shaft and an infrequently used access road to the site. The revised permit will discharge into Sturgeon Fork, Clays Branch of/and Unnamed Tributaries of Dry Creek and Horse Creek all of Marsh Fork of Big Coal River; Unnamed Tributary of / and Raines Fork of Sycamore Creek; and Unnamed Tributaries of / and Right Fork of Sycamore Creek of Clear Fork of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 4.10 miles Southeast of Dorothy in Marsh Fork and Clear Fork Districts of Raleigh County.
