Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Greater Pent[a]costal Temple of Christ of Fayetteville, West Virginia will, on or after June 8, 2026, GRANT, SELL and CONVEY to ERIC PACK and CHELSEA PACK the following described real property with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in the Town of Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a stake by the New Gatewood Road and, thence, N 22-30 E 62 feet to a stake on the south edge of the old Sewell Road and with the south edge of the same, N 58-30 W 55 feet to a stake corner to the Tucker lot; thence, with the same N 70-30 W 113 feet to a stake corner to R. L. Carter lot, and with same S 22-30 W 9 feet to the edge of the New Gatewood Road; thence, with same S 50-30 E 174.8 feet to the beginning, containing 0.162 of an acre.
And being the same property conveyed to John L. Allen, Sr. and Tyrone E. Allen, Trustees of the Greater Pent[a]costal Temple of Christ, and the successor Trustees, Fayetteville, West Virginia from Annabell Dickerson, Ollie Mae Redd, Doris D. Ware, and Helen R. Pyles, Trustees of the Free Pent[a]costal Church of the Lord Jesus Christ by Deed dated October 5, 1992, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 499, at Page 594, and is assessed in the City of Beckley and is shown on Tax Map 8, as Parcel 0360.
