QUALIFICATIONS
The McDowell County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering and environmental consulting firms for professional services associated with economic development and site development projects in McDowell County, West Virginia.
The selected consultant(s) will provide professional engineering, environmental, site readiness, infrastructure planning, permitting, design, bidding, and construction-phase services associated with economic development and industrial development sites.
Selection of the most qualified firm or firms will be made in accordance with the West Virginia Professional Services Procurement Act (Chapter 5G of the West Virginia Code) based upon demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required services.
Statements of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June11, 2026.
