Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, on the 3rd floor of the Judicial Annex Building, 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, Emily Verdill will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name of her child from Christian Verdill-Roux to Christian Morrison Verdill, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained by requesting a copy of the same from the undersigned Wood County Circuit Clerk’s Office at 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia26101.
