AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Hino Motors Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Regulation 13 modification permit for their truck assembly facility known as Hino West Virginia South located in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:39.208752 and -81.525989.

The applicant estimates the increase in potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: VOC of 29.80 tons per year (tpy), PM of 0.57 tpy, PM10 of 0.57 tpy, PM2.5of 0.57 tpy, NOx of 4.01 tpy, SO2 of 0.05 tpy, CO of 3.38 tpy, Xylene of 1.02 tpy, Ethylbenzene of 0.35 tpy, Naphthalene of 0.07 tpy, Toluene of 1.13 tpy, Lead of 0.00002 tpy,4-methylpentan-2-one of 0.67 tpy, Cumene of 1.25 tpy, and natural gas heating HAPS of 0.08tpy, with total HAPS of 4.58 tpy.

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August 2026. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
