PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Destruction of Education Records Ravenswood High School will maintain personally identifiable information including a permanent record of a student’s name, address and phone number, transcript, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed without time limitations. Other educational records, including special education records, which are no longer needed to provide educational services to a student, may be destroyed five years from the date the student exited the system. Educational records of students graduating the school year 2021 will be destroyed after July 1, 2026. Any parent/guardian or student (18 or older) who exited Jackson County Schools prior to July 1, 2021 may obtain copies of education records by contacting the school at (304) 273-9301. Records will not be available longer than five years following the student exiting the system.
