AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that EQM Gathering Opco LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35E permit for a natural gas compressor station (Miracle Run Compressor Station) located in Monongalia County, West Virginia. Site Latitude and Longitude Coordinates are: 39.62892, -80.320309. The Miracle Run facility currently operates under G35-D187.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides: 31.04
Carbon Monoxide: 56.28
Particulate Matter-10: 2.25
Particulate Matter-2.5: 2.25
Volatile Organic Compounds: 13.95
Sulfur Dioxide: 0.22
Formaldehyde: 5.45
Benzene: 0.13
Toluene: 0.17
Ethylbenzene: 0.15
Xylenes: 0.22
Hexane: 0.22
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants: 9.24
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e): 35,042
Startup of operation of the new equipment is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
