The Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of existing tennis and basketball courts at South Jefferson Park, located at 4095 Leetown Road, Summit Point, WV 25446.

SCOPE OF WORK

The project generally includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the resurfacing and striping of existing court facilities. Work shall include, but is not limited to:

• Acrylic resurfacing of two (2) existing tennis courts
• Installation of regulation tennis court striping in white
• Layout and striping of two (2) pickleball courts within the existing tennis court footprint
• Acrylic resurfacing of one (1) existing basketball court
• Surface preparation, patching, leveling, color coating, and striping
• Installation of a two-color court system consisting of:
  • Blue playing surface
  • Green perimeter areas
  • White game lines

GENERAL INFORMATION

Bids will be received until the date and time listed above. Late bids will not be accepted.

The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Commission.
