The City of Westover is accepting bids for a new 2027 F450 XLT Super Duty dump truck. The bids are due by July 6th, 2026 at 4:00 PM, and must be sealed and mailed to City of Westover, 500 Dupont Rd, Westover WV 26501, or dropped off physically at the same address. The bid should state Sealed Truck Bid on the outside of the envelope. The specs are as follows:
– Ford F450 XLT
– Regular cab
– DRW
– 4×4
– 6.7L Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel
– Oxford White exterior/ Interior color optional
– Electric assist or hydraulic 9 aluminum dump bed
– Regular tail gate
– Running boards
– Splash guards, mud flaps
– Tow hooks front and back
– No interior carpet only the rubber/vinyl covering
– Back-up alarm
– Vinyl seats if available
– Snow plow prep package
– Any other interior features not listed are to base model features
